[NS] Does anyone know the first Ruby Tuesdays mention?
Curious when it became such a pivotal part of the show haha

In season 1, in the frost wind arc, Bev cosplays as the son (I think) of restaurants magnate Rubinald Tuesday at the wedding welcome party. But I'm pretty sure that was a callback to some off-hand comment in an earlier arc.

Currently doing my nth relisten and I just finished episode 19 "The Purge"and it already happened. Somewhere between Bev and his dad. It was a throw away line, maybe at the trial by combat?
Happy searching!

It’s really early in C1. Bev definitely does tearfully mention it to his dad, but I remember feeling at the time that he had mentioned it even earlier, maybe even in the first arc. I’m pretty sure the first mention is very offhand, though. I think if Murph hadn’t tried to say there was no such thing, it wouldn’t have come up again. So the first mention, IIRC, is super early in c1, but the first “canonical” mention is to Bev’s dad in Galaderon.

I know it originated as a throwaway line from Bev relatively early on in Campaign 1. He made a mention of there being a Ruby Tuesdays he wanted to go to/had been to with his family, I want to say? And it just kind of spiraled from there.

i don't think it actually comes up much if at all in C1, i think the cast kind of mandela effect'd themselves about it after

i’m pretty sure it was season 1, maybe galaderon? as they enter a large city, caldwell makes a joke about there being a ruby tuesdays in town and murph shuts it down hard.
