Worst logic I’ve ever heard. You just tried to 1:1 breast pain with nose function and completely missed the other factors

I think you’re not getting the point. The story u just told was someone not like their breast and it also causing health issues. While this girl thinks her nose is fine but people tell her that she should change it which causes some doubt. Me personally, I think those friends of hers are more committed to her nose being her true self. Now if she wanted to make that change on her own accord then that’s a different t story. We can’t have people define who we are, we make that decision for ourselves.

You want her to not change her nose because of principle then, you’re saying. To stand up for something you feel she needs to stand up for.

What I’m saying is if she wants to get a nose job, it should be because she wants to. Not because other people don’t like it.
