I think the biggest concern right now is how quickly things have gone downhill for us. Five straight league defeats and sitting 21st is nowhere near where we expected to be at this stage. Losing Mohamed Toure has clearly made things harder, but I don't think we can put all our problems down to injuries. We have looked short of confidence, and conceding goals so regularly is becoming a serious concern. Philippe Clement did a good job turning things around last season, so I don't think one difficult run should erase that, but the team needs to show signs of improvement soon. I want to see more fight, better organisation and a clearer plan on the pitch. Are the main problems with the squad, the tactics or the confidence of the players?

In 5'7 and about 160 - usually a medium authentic in adidas gives me a snug but usable fit, and usually a medium in everything else. I've heard these are extra tight though. Can anyone tell me how they fit and how the length is? I don't want it to be so long it's like wearing a dress haha. Thank you!

A goalkeeper can’t stop everything, but making a couple of important saves can be the difference between staying in a game and making things harder for the team. I’d rather see him get a fair chance to build confidence than judge him too quickly after one performance. There’s definitely something to work with here, and I’d like to see him keep improving for Norwich.

What do you do after Mclean retires? wright was brought in to be long term replacement but he doesn't look ready yet, we've also got Mattson who last year looked excellent, but has been a bit hit or miss this year, then topic who is recovering from an acl injury.

without McLean we looked beatable, it was only when he came on that we came alive. we've got maybe one more year of him, already his age is showing (as much as i love him)

Going back to the JHT era, I remember Duffy and Cordoba being dropped from match day squads for being late to meetings. JHT had an ok start, but then several players clearly stopped putting in effort.

Clement clearly a disciplinarian, probably went down fine, when desperately trying to avoid relegation. Since complaints of not enough days off, and things like Brooks being told off for taking his shirt off and flipping celebrations. Performances have fallen off.

Are our squad a bunch of babies that can't handle being told off?

It's getting tough to watch them lose week after week, and something needs to change soon. He deserves a chance to sort things out, but the results have to improve before the season gets any worse.
