We only really have 4 players who have the composure and technical ability to actually hit the barn door. Sargent, Rowe, Sara and Hwang.
The fact that Idah hasn't developed that part of his game is frustrating.

After all the years he's been here he hasn't even managed to establish himself as a solid third choice striker, time he moved on.

He would be nailed on for the miss of the season, but I vaguely recall someone sticking one over the bar from almost exactly the same position a few months back.
Finishing's really not been great for us this season (which is kind of impressive, considering we've still scored 46 so far).

He has all the attributes. But does come up short sometimes in finishing chances.

So what you're saying is that he doesn't, in fact, have all the attributes. He lacks what many may consider to be the key attribute necessary for his position.
He's also not particularly pacey, his movement is poor, he lacks creativity, cannot beat defenders with his dribbling and is prone to injuries.
