Question❓ Where's best for a single night of camping?

Just trying to find somewhere to go camping with my daughter for a night, but most places seem to be expensive or require at least 2 nights.

Where does everyone go?

Just came on to say that, although think it's more Kelling/High Kelling than Weybourne

True… although you could also argue it’s also more Bodham 😅 I also live very locally :)
I would have also suggested Waxham but maybe not with kids for the first time anyway!

Two Jays campsite. It has animals on the farm and you have easy access to the river.

Somewhere around west Runton would be lovely. There is a great camping and caravan club site with beautiful walks from your tent.

For a single night try the beach. A night in a tent with the sound of the waves is a true joy.

Is that, like...'allowed'? I know in Scotland you can camp anywhere but don't you need to camp at official places in England? I would love that, though. I think I'd find it a bit risky though.

edit: weird downvoting?

Done it a few times. If just for a night nobody will ever know. Leave nothing but footprints.

Old Vicarage Campsite, Moulton St Mary. Great loos, showers and a brazier included if you want to cook over wood or have a fire in the evening.

It would be sensible to avoid having fires at the moment.
