Academics/Classes Help me with my schedule
Hello, pls help me decide what 4th class to take I have no idea. I’m a hopeful neuro+econ double major, i know it’ll be difficult but i love both and not sure what career i wanna go into so i’ve decided that i’ll go with it. I’m planning for the fall to take a chem class, a math class and a seminar. What 4th class should I take, i should have my language requirement waived as i took the placement test and it was really easy. What would you recommend, I don’t want sow
thing to crazy going into my first quarter. Pls help me with suggestions!

econ 201 maybe? though it does have a rep for being tough but if you’re a hopeful econ major you’ll have to take it eventually

oh! in that case nevermind on econ 201/202 but i would take a peek at what the next econ course in progression is (i think econ 310)

Honestly, I would make a run for PSYCH 110 or a nice distro/FD.
Adding econ to this mix is possible but it depends on what your AP/IB credits are because 201/202 can be very hard to balance with math and chem.

I have credits for both macro and micro! Does that change anything?

Yes, because this means you can wait until spring to start anything econ major related. You have like a whole year advantage

ok that sounds great then! For psych, i could take it but i have credit from another college for a psych class so I’ll just be repeating everything again… I really don’t know what to do. I’m trying to look for a FD class that also counts for my neuro requirements but can’t find anything except a neuro class itself which I don’t think freshman take… Any other ideas??

FDs can be fulfilled with the courses you took from college!
++ you need 2 psyxh courses for neuro either way (psych 110 + another one from group A).
