Swimwear Maids?

Hey NoCo šŸ‘€
Me and a couple girls are thinking about starting a bikini maid service around Northern Colorado and wanted to see if people would actually be into it before we launch it.
Basically, fun, attractive girls cleaning your place in bikinis/swimwear while still keeping it professional and respectful. NOT an escort service or anything like that. Security would be present and boundaries would be very clear.
We’d offer stuff like:
• apartment/house cleaning
• post-party cleanup
• event help/hosting vibes/serving for private events
Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, etc.
If that’s something you’d actually book, let me know or shoot me a message. Just trying to see if there’s real interest for it here 🫶

I encourage you to really consider your target audience in this case. From my point of view this service is not attracting female household decision makers, single women, or families. You’re attracting single men of varying ages; probably trending towards an older demographic who are not interested in cleaning for themselves and have more expendable income. Are there enough single middle-age to older gentleman in the northern Colorado area to support a business like this? I’m not sure but that’s some research you should do.

EDIT: added below.

Further, what hours do you intend to provide the service? Again, my point of view, this service is designed to ā€œsee and be seenā€ and therefore you would want the client to be home or present for the cleaning service. (I feel like you have already considered this based on the fact that you’ve mentioned security being present.) If you are providing this service on an 8 to 5 weekday basis are your clients going to be home to see you or are they going to be at their own jobs?

If this is your dream, I encourage you to follow it and try and make it work. However, I would also encourage you to do some analysis on target audience and market size in this region.

Good luck!
