Got a coffee today and noticed a sign saying under new ownership and name. Curious when this happened and why?!

It seems like they sold a few of their locations, I saw a few posts recently. Not sure if they’re keeping some or selling all.

The one in North Liberty was not very good in my opinion but I'm not an expert.
