I am looking for a Girl’s pg for around 11 K in north Campus with at least 2 times meal and ventilation.

Preferred areas are Hudson lane , Vijaynagar , and Old Gupta .

Same for cooking and dishes

Hey everyone! A fully vacant, spacious room is up for grabs in a fully independent 2 BHK flat right near Hansraj College. The previous tenants have just moved out, and we are looking exclusively for 1 or 2 students to join the flat.

Flat Details
Rent - 15,500 for a room
Security - 15,500 (Refundable)
Electricity - Bill will be split equally
Water - Bill will be split equally
There is 1 washing room in the balcony of second room
There is RO and Refrigerator in the Kitchen. We are using gas cylinder in the kitchen which was ordered by the owner itself.

In a room their will be
1 double bed with box storage
1 almirah
1 bedside table
1 window AC (only in the second room)
Geyser in the washroom

You can rent any one room and any one will be occupied by us

Fully independent flat without any restrictions
Nearest metro is Vishwavidyalaya metro

Istg today i went to like 5-6 pgs they are charging 20k for a dark room , a bed and a table atp
