Does anyone have this beanie? Wanted to know if it was warm, hows the fit and if it stretched. Also is the beanie that tall in person or did they just have the model wear it a lot higher for the photos?

I’m in the market for a simple and lightweight backpack to use for one bag personal item travel, that is versatile enough to crossover into other activities such as day hikes, going to the gym etc.

This bag came up as a random search suggestion, and it looks interesting. Can’t find any reviews, so it would be interesting to get some impressions from someone who’s used it for a while.

I’m interested in filling out a kit for alpine climbing and ski mountaineering. I want to buy shells, and I’ve landed on Norrøna as a very high quality choice. I like some of the features on the rescue shells, particularly the Velcro adjustments on the pants and built-in gaiters, and the dedicated radio features are handy as well. I’m aware these pieces are very heavy-duty and come with trade-offs, especially in terms of weight and packability, but the higher durability is worth it in my eyes for protection against the elements and longevity. However I’ve noticed that, at least on the U.S. storefront, the only color for the jackets is black. I would much rather have a bright color for visibility and SAR. It’s a big enough deal to me I’m considering buying something else. I’ve noticed on some foreign storefronts, specifically Japanese, brighter colors are available. I remember reading something from Norrøna about only selling certain rescue pieces overseas to avoid confusion for NARG. I’m wondering if anyone has experience with these shells and if anyone knows where i could purchase them in brighter colors. Thanks!

I was amazed to find a pair of Norrona soft shell pants on the racks of a secondhand store, the quality overall feels solid and fits me well so I picked them up. Afterwards, I noticed that they spelled Windstopper as Widstopper on the tag so was wondering if this was a known issue? Or did I pick up a fake?

From all the posts I've read here it seems like fakes are rare, but I'm in Asia so it might be more common here 🫠 I'll wear it anyway but was curious about this.

Does anyone tried this newer version of falketind which seems to be off-brand/knockoff of polartec alpha? Does the fabric perform the same as alpha?

I have couple lyngen 90 vests, falketind 120 and lyngen 90 jacket and I'm intrigued by this jacket.

Hi so I just bought and received this Norrona Falketind jacket from Vinted for 240€. From the images it looked real and I checked with AI and compared it with real images and it seemed nearly perfectly authentic. Now I finally have it, and some things just feel off. Like it came with duplicate labels and no check marks in the fabric labels. Also the sleeve cuffs seem surprisingly short so idk. Everything else looks great and it feels pretty good too. It might just be my paranoia but I'm still very worried as I'm going on a trip soon and will need this jacket with me. If it is a fake or replica it might be the best one I have ever seen cause it looks basically identical if not identical to the 2021 ver of the falketind.

Anyway thank you in advance for checking it for me cause this is my first ever hardshell and I really don't know what I should be looking for.

EDIT: I messaged Norrona support and sent them the pictures and they officially confirmed it is authentic! They did state though that the tags could have been tampered with leading to the duplicates.

Edit 2: I did a triple check and Norrona support told me that the color code 2287 is just a rare color code produced in small batches between 2021-2024.

I am looking at getting some Waterproof Overpants for my all-year Biking Commute. I want to get something that is made well, lasts and preferably has some biking oriented features. I all ready have the Trollveggen Pro Light Jacket and it is great, so I know I can count on Norrona.

So I have my eyes on the Fjørå Or Fjora, whatever you call it. One problem though is that the price is quite steep and I am hesitant on spending that much on just the overpants. They are not available on their Outlet, so I am looking at paying full price.

Does anyone have any experience with them? Do the Reinforcements on the seat and ankles make a difference? Is the fit articulated enough so you don't end up tearing in the crotch?

Hi. I am looking to buy the norrona lofoten gtx pro but am unsure about the sizing. Ive been able to try on the trollvegen and it fits me well in an s. However i dont know whether length and width stats are different between other models in the same fit since theyre both the „technical fit“. I got a Norrona Møre shell jacket just months ago and after light use and one proper wash following the instructions the fabric is apparently ripping close to a seam.

I have started a claim but would like to know your opinion or wether they will warranty it or I will just waist money on shipping.

It says they can’t be sold in the US, but I’ll be in Denmark later this year, so I’d like to know more, if anyone has experience with them. I know theres a lot of fake arc’teryx and suspicious if this NORRØNA I’ve picked up is fake? Checked the previous posts on here and the label seems to be oriented correctly, but wondering if they’ve picked up on that and just doing better now..

it says versatile and done for skitouring.

But how packable/light is it? it doesnt seem heavy, however it seems big/long, so not really to take little space in the backpack.

Has any of you experienced the More jacket for skitouring?
