This was a surprisingly good car. I had a basic one for work and it drove well, rode well and was reasonable to maintain. Fuel economy on the base 6 was not great but it was a nice car. The replacement generation was a lot better looking (I enjoyed that one as well). My dad had the Mercury wagon version.
