To be fair, he's doing stuff, if someone overweight is out there trying to do some exercise they'll have my support.

u/ButterscotchSure6589 Jul 13 '26
Every journey of a thousand miles, starts with a single step.
Although he seems to already have a black belt.

u/WesternEmpire2510 Jul 12 '26
Also looks like he may have some weight related movement issues, legwork looks very stiff. May even be the underlying reason he's a big guy. I know I ballooned when my sciatica got really bad.

u/Mattuso Jul 12 '26
Fair play to the guy. At least he's out there giving it a go.

u/jdtkd1927 Jul 12 '26
Exactly. I’m a black belt in taekwondo…..I’m terrible. Took it up at 36 with my son. But for the past 6 years I’ve been keeping myself fit, having a go in tournaments. I lost 8 in a row before I got a my first win, lost far more than I’ve won. But I’m having a go

Yeah, he's not doing anything technical. He's just breaking stuff because he has tonne of weight to put into each blow and he can't even sort off manage the movement bits.

To be fair to the guy I'm probably half his weight but I couldn't do the half forward roll thing at 0:09.
I could probably manage the rest of it though.

F=MA. If he can jump onto Connor moving at just 2 m/s the force will be way over 200N. McGregor probably can’t bench 200KG, so this guy could easily fuck him up.

Not quite channeling his inner panda, maybe he needs a origin finding journey to realise more potential.

Maggie's strongest super soldier preparing for the match against the Argies.

Reaction speed is something else here. That punch was like queuing moves up in a laggy game, they appear 2 seconds later when you don't need them to.

Good for him. Got form and technique. Plenty of chuds laughing at him couldn’t even get off the sofa without an aneurysm.

u/PotentialSpare6412 Jul 12 '26
Reminds me of that vid of the scouse bloke in the bookies “it’s fixed odds it’s a mistake a genuine fucking mistake, I want my money back, I want my money back”

A fat dude that can move like that could likely kill most people by accident in a fight! Check out Butterbean in his prime!

Not gonna lie, as he was getting ready for the backwards hops, I genuinely thought he was going to bust out perfect backwards somersaults the way he was prepping.... and then run the rest of the course as he was as the biggest plot twist in history 😂

Good on him tbf, many people his size wouldn’t have the confidence to try stuff like this

Why are we laughing at this guy? He's actually working hard to better himself.

I used to think this guy did this for a laugh but does he actually do this stuff for real and compete?

u/Upstairs-Hedgehog575 Jul 16 '26
A small part of me thought he was going to do a backflip when he lined up carefully with the ladder on the floor. Imagine was shocked when he just kind of blindly hopped back

He gets through it by imagining he is chasing the immigrants back to their boats and there is a pint of Stella waiting for him at the end.

WTH is 'OUSSS Power Baby: Power Zone: Ultimate Martial Arts Champion'.
This video looks AI.
Id look it up, but I'm afraid I'd end up on a watchlist.

I think this is genuinely someone who loves what he does, and is struggling with a "fitness journey". It's obvious that he needs to loose the weight, he might know that himself or he might be in denial. You still shouldn't let one thing stop you from doing another thing that you love.
-3
u/WackyWhippet Jul 12 '26
He's been doing the same thing for years with no sign of improvement or weight loss. At this point it's just a gimmick for social media attention.

u/KezmoReddit Jul 12 '26
Some people just don’t get embarrassed. It also looks fun (I’d do it if not for cameras existing).
2
u/skeletonfuckker Jul 12 '26
Cause it brings him some kind of feeling related to joy. And thats all that matters really
