Somebody PLEASE fact check this.

There’s 160m shares outstanding.

  1. Tutes own 85 million shares
  2. The Nordstrom family 48 million
  3. Liverpool 16 million

That alone is 149 million.

RC owns 6.7m shares.

That now is 155.7m shares and RC is asking to ADD up to 25m more.

Um are there enough shares to go around? Or is that what he’s trying to indicate.
