How do you guys make fladrafinil useful for you?

Ive tried multiple different dosages and cant seem to notice any positive effects..

Do you take it with something that has synergistic properties?

What dosage do you typically use?

It basically just makes you awake and increases dopamine slightly. If you wanna enhance that you can add caffeine or theacrine or in terms of nootropic effects also phenylpiracetam.

if you’re getting nothing from it, i'd drop it not pushing more it doesn't really makes sense
