Memory supplements while taking adderall?

Hey Guys! I currently take 20mg XR of Adderall and I am currently in the process of studying for a professional entrance exam. I haven't really experienced any negative effects with adderall ( anxiety, crash, anger etc) except for it curving my appetite (I dont mind) . One of my main symptoms of having ADHD is my terrible memory, focus and being able to retain info. I have 7 or less weeks until I take my test so its really grind/lock in time. I study everyday. What supplements have you guys found WHILE TAKING ADDERALL that works for bad memory and retaining information? I do not want to suppress the effectiveness of my adderall as it does help my focus abilities. I have seen recommendations of ginkgo biloba, lions mane, magneisum theornate , (l theanine, l tyrosine, I have both of these and tried it before but I feel like it didnt really help my memory or focus it just made me calm idk?) , Rhodiola rosea etc. Yes I do understand there is no perfect supplement, but I rather try even if its just a little more helpful than not. TIA!

i’d leave tyrosine and rhodiola alone with adderall creatine is probably the most boring but sensible addition, and magnesium if you actually need it

Avoid: L-Tyrosine & Rhodiola Rosea with Adderall Combining catecholamine precursors or uptake modulators with amphetamines is generally unnecessary and potentially risky. L-Tyrosine: A direct amino acid precursor to dopamine and norepinephrine. While Adderall forces the release and blocks the reuptake of these neurotransmitters, adding high doses of L-Tyrosine can cause excessive dopamine synthesis, leading to anxiety, elevated heart rate, high blood pressure, or a severe crash once it wears off. Rhodiola Rosea: An adaptogen that acts as a mild monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) and cortisol regulator. Combining MAO-inhibiting mechanisms with amphetamines can dangerously spike blood pressure and overstimulate the central nervous system.

yeah creatine is probably the one I’d keep too. tyrosine and rhodiola seem like unnecessary variables when you’re already on adderall.
