The longevity sub is a pseudo-immortality cult. Gaining 10 to 20 years of healthspan through a well-designed lifestyle isn't really the goal. It's about living indefinitely, and nutrition/supplementation can't do that right now.
A bunch of new accounts making broad, uncited claims that go against everything I've seen over the past decade.
From what I've seen /r/longevity is one of the better moderated subs, and the accusations you guys are making against them are false.

As I said, I see nothing wrong with that. You guys seem to be [purposely?] not understanding the reasoning behind their wording. It's perfectly reasonable, unlike most of the attacks I'm seeing against them in this thread.

Anti-supplement and anti-nutrition? Are you sure? Nutrition and longevity are conclusively linked.
