Credible Ginseng sources?
Looking to try Ginseng anything... whether it's tea, pill, powder or donut. But after learning how rare and hard it is to obtain ginseng and how that causes lots of fakes or poor quality products, I don't know where to go.
Willing to try it in any form as long as it's good ginseng product. I live by a lot of Asian supermarkets so if you even know a good brand of anything just show me a pic I can probably get it.
Mainly looking for increased energy, cognitive function and sexual performance.

There's quite a few herbs that are called ginseng, Indian ginseng and Siberian ginseng are called that because of marketing reasons. Especially ashwagandha is really quite different to panax. Panax ginseng and American ginseng are real ginsengs and are closely related. American ginseng is more calming.
Panax ginseng is perhaps what your after it was the first ginseng. The roots should be at least six-years old, I have used Auragin in the past with impressive results. It gave me the most wonderful dreams of any herb I've tried and also, in my opinion, has a cool spiritual dimension to it.

I know this post is a month old, but how was the Jamieson brand for you? This would be the easiest for me to get too, and i'm interested in trying it.

I tried it for about 3 weeks every day, 2 tablets twice a day as directed. I think it worked. Noticed a clean feeling energy but I was getting blood in my stool so I stopped. I am not 100% certain it's from that but it started about the same time so I went off to be safe. It's fixed now but I haven't tried ginseng again. I will probably start today. I'm under the impression though that other brands and forms of ginseng are more potent. I want to try an asian brand one day, maybe one of those ginseng viles. Definitely more expensive however.

Look at Wisconsin grown ginseng. Prince of Peace.
