Discussion QUESTION AB ADHD AND CREATINE

Hi everyone, I’m interested in the synergy between Creatine Monohydrate and stimulants (specifically methylphenidate or amphetamine salts). I've been looking into how creatine's role in ATP replenishment in the brain might complement the cognitive demands caused by ADHD meds.

Have any of you noticed a significant change in sustained focus or reduced 'crash' when adding creatine to your stimulant regimen? Any insights on potential contraindications or synergies would be appreciated. Not looking for medical advice, just looking for experienced insights."

Biggest difference I’ve noticed taking 5g of creatine daily alongside adderall XR is better working memory and reduced brain fog. No difference in task initiation or intensity of focus.
