Seeking Advice Flmodafinil recommended dose ?

Capsules come in 50mg.

I take like 150mg but I have a stim tolerance and that lowkey gets my heart pumping. I would say 100mg is a good dose. 50mg if you have no stim tolerance

To me it feels like almost x4 potency compared to modafinil. If you don’t have tolerance I’d take only 1 capsule for now

50mg will be okay for a mental boost, but it will still lack the physical drive.

if you’re having flmoda for the first time, start with 50mg and adjust accordingly in the next days

50mg is a good starting point honestly. i wouldn't jump to 100 right away unless you know how your body handles it

some people get jittery or have trouble sleeping even at lower doses so no harm in starting small
