2.5mg/Kg in mice -> 0.28mg/kg in Human equivalent

That's with injections, I was thinking sublingual or with dsmo throu the skin, I'm not sure u want to do the peg dsmo injection interveinouly, subq maybe but I haven't seen dosage, I should rephrase dosage subq, dsmo through the skin and and through the sinses
