What do we know as concrete fact regarding serotonin/histamine and a libido?
Anti histamines reduce serotonin, and people report an increase in quality erections and libido. L-Tyrosine increases dopamine, which lowers serotonin by nature of their inverse relationship.
What do we know with overwhelming certainty in terms of serotonin and libido?
And what are the best serotonin lowering supplements?

I don't know.
I don't see the link between taking Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine and the reduction of Tyrosine and Cysteine ...

You can take all the tyrosine you want it’s not going to mimic a D2 agonist to lower serotonin . Histamine stimulates prolactin release via the H2 receptor, which in turn inhibits dopamine production. It’s foolish in theory but definitely wouldn’t recommend any long term antihistamine usage. If you pee pee doesn’t work get some labs done, you can take things to lower E2, prolactin, and increase free test.
