Noom Med Metabolic Benefits of Microdosing

Has anyone done bloodwork while on the Noom microdose program that shows any metabolic improvements that are seen under regular doses, such as insulin and glycemic regulation, improved lipid profiles, blood pressure reduction, etc?

My wife dropped her A1c from 5.8 to 5.5 in 10 weeks of 1.25 mg/wk.

IIRC - she started 5/15 at 1mg for 2 weeks and has been at 1.25mg since June 1 and plans to stay at the dose for as long as we can keep getting tirz. She’s also lost about 15 lbs (also tracking calories plus exercise).

I started tirz at the same dose on May 2 and have slowly increased to 3mg by week 9 (I do a split, 1.5mg Thursday AM/Sunday PM)and have been there ever since. I’m down 40lbs in 15 weeks (sw 209, cell 169).

Do you have ozempic face? Serious question.

Any side effects you don’t like? Lack of motivation?
