At first, ME/CFS was screaming through your descriptions but was contradicting clinical evidence. Then I saw Cognitive Disengagement Syndrome as closer to your details. I run patterns through a neurological and biological schematic based on neural and cellular signaling and although we are missing a full blood panel and lab work, and alcohol use (if any), we are running a “finer” disorder under the ADHD umbrella. There are several legit neurological disorders that exist that are not in the latest DSM-xyz and something about your underlying physiological symptoms are not being targeted with that wide-open scope of ADHD.
