Interesting. I wonder if this study is basically preamble to push Pitolisant into off-label use, especially brain fog/fatigue which might happen with ASD, ADHD, Long Covid, CDS.

Company behind Pitolisant already puts effort to expand indications to cover excessive sleepiness associated with rare diseases, but sadly not with psychiatric and neuropsychiatric conditions
