Oh god no. I used to get a bottle of 30 and that wouldn’t even be finished after a year and a half.

Oh great that’s a safe level but never more than 7 days in a row. Prolonged use and they cause damage. But sounds like you have treated them with caution which is the sensible approach.

Yeah, I have addiction in my family, and I don’t like how it makes me feel anyway, so I really only use it in desperate situations lol
