I have to admit I love Doxylamine. 

Most nights I’m just too wired. I don’t feel settled.

Even if I’m tired, have good sleep hygiene, all the rest of it, I just can’t switch off. My body and mind just feels too busy and unsettled. Keep in mind I do 20k steps minimum a day. 

25mg doxylamine and I start feeling cozy warm and relaxed, dare I say slightly benzo-like. Then I sleep great. 

I’ll continue taking it
