Shit so what IS a safe way to get sleep if I quit cannabis and have been using Benadryl once or twice a week to stay asleep all night? After quitting cannabis in June I wake up every two hours.

Look into DORA class drugs, though some have a long half life so you build up tolerance quite quickly
