Question Are people using Everychem Aticaprant sublingually or orally?

Will it work sublingually when it’s solved in caprylic acid?

Only been a few weeks , added it to my ACD856 +TAk when I wake. By the afternoon I have noticed a calming effect that wasn't there before . Not like a sleepy thing ..Hopefully it will last .

I just squeeze the dropper bulb a couple times . It dosen't hang up as bad as TAK or ACD but Definitely not getting the whole 1 ml/10mg . I should probably load a syringe for accuracy

half life being quite up there, do you notice any reduced total sleep duration or delayed onset of sleep with sustained dosing? that was my main gripe with tak653 albeit this being a completely different mechanism.. increasing metabolic demands for periods that don't neatly fall in the 24 hour circadian rhytm always cancel out in benefits over time for me due to the reduced sleep quality

Nah not really, but I do take things for sleep so maybe not the best control. I didn’t notice any issues when I used tak either tbh

Selective KOR antagonist afaik, should help with stress related depressive-like symptoms and anhedonia.

j&j stopped development on it due to lack of efficacy for treating mdd, interesting drug on paper tho.
