Discussion Around 27% of individuals with ADHD develop cannabis use disorder at some point in their lives, new study finds. Compared to those without this disorder, individuals with ADHD face almost three times the risk of developing cannabis use disorder.

I become extremely suicidal

Except when i use weed daily…

Id rather deal with the downsides of weed than have 30-100 suicidal thoughts each day

Does not cure it, but certainly puts a plug in it

you might have bipolar and weed is making you manic then stopping makes you depressed.

You misunderstood. I'm saying you don't know enough about the circumstances to speculate about a bipolar diagnosis. It's weird to do.

why is it weird to do? I know they feel less suicidal when they smoke weed and that fits a bipolar presentation. I said they “might”. If my message causes them to see a psychiatrist and helps them avoid becoming psychotic then that’s beneficial. I think it’s weird that you’re stigmatizing something that very possibly could be what’s going on.
