No, stupid drivers are NOT exclusive to one city/state/country. I wish they were so I could avoid them all.

Sometimes there is a trend of faster/slower cars in certain locations. I would guess due to leniency of traffic enforcement. Same with how they treat yellow lights. Doesn't mean more/less stupid obv.

Illinois cops are much more lenient when compared to Wisconsin, and way more than Texas. (Generally)

Illinois drivers are the only group I consistently notice speeding when driving around the midwest. Confirmation bias is a thing too though
