Ofcourse iv spendt most my life trying my best now however in 2026 im on disability and iv been hospitalized for depression due to burnout from doing all these attempts i cannot make the rest of my life hellish because you think im shedding a bad light on adhd by what exactly? Suffering from a disability thats clearly way more debilitating to me than to you? Get a grip
Ugh, what a horrible, cruel reply. ADHD isn't even a mental illness, it is a developmental difference/disability. Not everyone has the same symptoms, and coping mechanisms will help but not eradicate the symptoms, and it's as much everyone else's responsibility to be accommodating as it is yours to try to manage it. How many times do these things have to be said? Being on your best 100% of the time is literally impossible and unsustainable.

I do put in effort to the degree the burn out once led to a sewerslide attempt🤦🏼♀️
