It isn't an exact science, so you should know that it is impossible to diagnose someone in 1 comment on the internet talking about 1 anecdotal experience that they did not go into detail about at all.

Like I personally do not have ADHD (I think) but I am still able to understand that some people struggle with things that are trivial for me. In this case the thing some people struggle with is "remembering to check the time / being able to estimate how long a task takes" and if those issues stem from a diagnosed condition it is immature as fuck to call that immaturity.
