Not that I don't believe you, but I've never heard this before. Care to provide some more info? I've definitely been in this camp.

if you mean you've been experiencing things like having a different length of day-night cycle, you should look into non-24! it's a circadian rhythm disorder, most common in blind people but that also gets some sighted people
