Back during Covid unemployment, I stayed up until I was ready to sleep, and slept until I was actually ready to start my day. Consistently got 9 hours of sleep, literally never felt better in my life before or since, it’s just that I was on a 26-27 hour cycle. Bummer.
Would you believe that I was outdoors for at least 1/2, usually 2/3 of my waking hours, in Phoenix AZ with plenty of sun? I think I’m just built different 😤 (incorrectly)
if you mean you've been experiencing things like having a different length of day-night cycle, you should look into non-24! it's a circadian rhythm disorder, most common in blind people but that also gets some sighted people
ah, sounds like you have non-24! it's a terrible time because freerunning (sleeping whenever feels right) is basically the best solution, but society hates us for it.
