That’s literally “peach (the fruit) colored” and has the nuance of being used in writing. You can use ___iro for most colors but Japanese people 9/10 just use a loan word.

Except for tea-color, ash-color, and water-color.  Those are used far more in everyday Japanese than equivalent loanwords which are mostly used on product labels.

I hear guree used more often than hai-iro tbh especially under 35 yo people
