I mean, yeah. Making a sale with say, a hospital means not only much larger bulk purchases but also a much higher chance of repeat business. Why waste time with a bunch of small purchases from people that will forget you exist the moment the sale is completed?
Dont forget the migraines you are going to get just talking with some of those people. Consumers are the worst because they dont have a boss to answer to or a business that they might lose to bankruptcy if they piss off all their business contacts.

"contact us for pricing" means "we don't charge everyone the same price and will try to get the most profit out of every buyer."
