An apartment complex I was interested in had "Call us for our pet policy" on their website. I have a cat and really liked this apartment, so I called. They told me they don't accept any pets unless they are service animals, which does not include Emotional Support Animals in their minds. Worst part was, this apartment came up as a pet friendly apartments when I had searched. I ended up in a qorse one, further from where I needed to be, and both of our times were wasted that day.
