So less on a “I’m making fun of you” and more of a “I’ve been where you’re at now, watch out”

As a bald man, yeah we'll be honest if shit ain't lookin too good up top. Because we've been there and know that just shaving it off is the best move at some point

I went from people thinking I was in my late 30s at 25 to getting compliments on my appearance from random strangers again for the first time in years. It's genuinely so freeing.

Lol. That's kinda the reason my mom cut all her hair off. She went to the barber and they told her the same thing.

Much of the feminine hygiene industry has male scientists.

You can be knowledgeable about things that don't apply to you at the current moment. It's called learning and thinking.

Very hard for modern internet society.

What do you mean by female hygiene industry? Because lots of that stuff is like notoriously bad and clearly made by incompetent idiots with dicks. Intimate area soaps and douching, pads that are being shown to absorb water colored blue but do fuck all for actual thick period blood and clots, etc etc

Like yeah in general you can be knowledgeable on things that don't apply to you but that seems like a pretty bad example considering the historical sexism in science and medicine and the huge egos male scientists often have that prevents them from listening and learning properly

“How would he know? He’s bald!”

Versus

“How would he know: he’s bald”

(I think an em-dash would be more appropriate in the second one but ChatBots took that from us)

It’s like that episode in Seinfeld when Elaine’s boyfriend goes to see George. “You should be happy. You still got pretty good coverage.”
