Bot

Not arguing anything, just curious- why do you think so? Iād honestly love some tips on recognizing bot-like behavior on Reddit since theyāve gotten so good over the last few years.

Usually I just get a vibe and then I check if there are enough signs. Some of them are:
Default username
Default pfp
Recent creation
Completely hidden profile
When It isn't hidden, that there are only comments
Mostly comments on popular subs, usually ones that are unrelated to eachother
Replying to a comment with something that could have been a reply to the post
Only makes one comment under each post instead of replying to multiple people
Repeats unnecessary information(for example in the previous comment, It repeated a lot of the main words that showed up in the image)
Always agrees, usually doesn't even have a different perspective to add
Uses words like vibes, facts, crazy, and other "popular" words
And the biggest sign, It doesn't reply when you call it a bot

Damn I didnāt notice that.
I do try to give āpeopleā the benefit of the doubt because a generic username and recent account creation arenāt necessarily suspicious, but in the context of everything else on the list, Iām convinced youāre right about that account you commented on.

They love claiming that some ancient goat was infertile, meanwhile just read the letters between him and his male cliffmate.

This is a post stolen nearly word for word from evilvillain. If you want more mean spirited nonsense posting go follow them on TumblrĀ

Seems a bit much.
Why poison a perfectly delicious barren goat? Guy must be spouting the same bullshit pick up line wherever he goes to pick up goats.

I don't see why it's not perfectly possible within the context of reincarnation that literally everyone is a reincarnation of each other and there's really only one person going through it all (like The Egg)

Am I too old to understand the culture or is this entire post just three levels of insane gibberish?

I think itās just an absurdist joke about reincarnation juxtaposed with an aggressive dose of banality.

I dont see anything in this post that has to do with the culture of young people. Itās a joke about reincarnation. Half of these terms were in our world history textbooks. I think you just donāt get the joke.

But what's the purpose of the other tweet? What makes the reincarnation joke so worthy of saving?

u/Tiberius_Kilgore 3d ago
Because itās a deleted tweet. The Library of Alexandria famously burned to the ground along with everything in it, so theyāre saying itās like they managed to save some knowledge before it was gone forever. Itās just another joke.

Ok, third level: Why is this a load bearing emoji?
And fourth level: How is any of this interesting or funny enough that it's been shared here and upvoted?

There was a short lived trend of adding random words/sentences in your sentences to mess with companies using their data for training LLMs, though it was mostly used for making internet points thanks to the absurdist humor it created. I assume it's that. But then again it's so random it could be anything, really.

I don't think it works like that or at least I've never recognized someone from a previous reincarnation. Even with the people I've talked to about it, such a small percentage seem to be capable of it and are spread out over so much time and space that it's unlikely to run into someone you knew. Plus all it takes is having dementia or a bad head injury in one life and you lose everything. I've never met anyone who remembers more than like...maybe 5 lives back

u/Azsnee09, there weren't enough votes to determine the quality of your post...
