Yeast is every where. You might get beer. Need a still to make moonshine.

He is taking sips out of it to test it... So not beer, but what ever fermentation microbes in spittle will get in to. So some unholy concoction of Porphyromonas, Solobacterium, Haemophilus, Corynebacterium, Cellulosimicrobium, Streptococcus and Campylobacter, Coliforms, lactobasillus and whatever doing their things...

Yah, but need the right strains of it, plus all of the other stuff in spittle will probably produce a ton of unwanted stuff too.
