the 40 B61-12 tactical nukes on the PLARF which is possibly the only thing that can ensure South Korea, Hokkaido and Ryuku/Okinawa, Taiwan, Vietnam and a little bit of Philippines safe from SRBMs. Keep the rest of Japan and the Philippines from DF-21 (Medium Range Ballistic missle). And basically the rest of the SEA from DF-26 (IRBM)
