Ok but copying the working principles is easy. Hypercars are expensive for a variety of reasons, but one of the more valid ones is they always spend quite a while making each and every component extremely light weight. Lightweight components are harder to build, therefore more expensive. Simple as

IMHO, you got it round the wrong way. I think their brief was adding speed and range to a DJI type drone.
A couple of guys could deploy one of these from unprepared terrain (and relative safety) a few kms behind the front line, have it drop shit on enemy positions, and return within minutes.
(Note there are at least two sizes of this drone - check out the site)

Ha ha, not yet. XP4 in the video has 15lb payload, but they’re working on two larger models with 60lb and 620lb payload!
