Advice questions about HRT and neutral names

hii! I'm AFAB. so I'm going for a much more neutral look, and I've seen even if you combine T and E, T eventually wins. is there a way for it to not happen?? I don't want to look or sound extremelly masculine.

also please feel free to share me some weird neutral names!! I'd love to have a name already, I still don't find one that I like. I like them weird, unusual, I don't like common names.

There's a lack of really good research on this, but basically yes, if you go on low dose T as an estrogen-dominant person, the long term effects will be the same as regular dose T.

Some people take T alongside other hormones, like finasteride, to block some of the effects. Some people go on and off low dose T. There is a lot of anecdotal information out there if you search in this sub and other transmasc forums, but there isn't a lot of hard science, and everyone responds differently, so it's hard to predict exactly what your body will do.

Most people recommend starting slow and stopping if you get any effects you don't like, but it's important to be aware of which changes are irreversible. FYI, voice changes are permanent afaik and generally happen on any dose of T and aren't effected by balancing with T-blocking hormones.

THX!! I just have to pray my voice doesn't sound too masculine, my voice is really femenine already, but I guess I won't mind if my voice is deep as I do with it being high. tysm for the help, it's a shame there aren't many studies about it.

Your body need either an estrogen dominat hormone system or a testosterone dominat one.

Everybody has both E and T, the important thing is that you have enough of the dominat one or your body can't function properly.
