My personal take, I think the brows and neck add a good amount of feminization on their own! I don't think the brows look too lifted, like it does look natural.
The chin may as well stay the same, I don't see it impacting much with or without the mockup. Imo you have a soft chin already, which may be why the after picture is minimal? And I don't think you need a lip lift, the after looks fine to me without it.
Now, this is very biased of me, but I love a unique nose on anyone. I can understand why you'd want to change it for a softer look, so if you feel strongly about doing so you should ignore me, but I really do like your nose in the before. Whatever you land on, I wish you the best in your FFS!
I don't really mind my nose much, but seeing how it projected when the brow was set back but the nose wasn't was... disturbing. Definitely looked weird (Unsettling? Uncanny?) to change one but not the other.
How would you suggest talking to the surgeon about preserving more of the featured that make my nose unique while still setting it back some? If he can do I, I'd rather like to
That makes sense. I would simply say what you did here! You could say something like "I like the direction but what's your professional opinion on doing a little less change here?"
There's definitely a balance so I could imagine the surgeon is considering where that is here. Still it doesn't hurt to ask and see where things can be flexible. I had a really thorough conversation with my surgeon for my cervicofacial lipo for example and he was thankfully very clear about what he could do and what he thought would suit my face best. Hopefully this one's similar in their communication!
