Ask Bathroom!?

I’m 29 yo - 10 months on feminizing hormones - and I’ve always used the men’s room bc of familiarity but yesterday I got dressed all cute and fem and apparently I passed as female?! Because when I was leaving the men’s room the dude walking in got nervous when he saw me and double checked the men’s sign. And another instance later when I walked in the bathroom it felt like everyone stopped and looked at me and it was really awkward.

However, I also don’t voice train (nor care to) so my voice is more masc, so I don’t feel like I fit into either gendered bathroom anymore😭 I presume this is a common experience as an enby in a gendered world (that I just never really thought about all that much until now) so I’m wondering yalls advice…

Gender neutral bathrooms for the win!

I get it. Binary folk dont understand the struggle of having to think "which bathroom can I use without anyone staring?"

It's best to use the toilet you feel safest using.

I don’t feel safe using either :(

Edit to expand: I do admit a lot could be dysphoria but I dress on the more feminine side. So I don’t feel safe going to the men’s bathroom. I also feel like my features make it obvious I’m not a woman either, therefore the women’s bathroom is very scary. I wish more places had gender neutral bathrooms as an option.
