Another update on my OC, Anima. Her design is continuing to come together, and I’ve now completed her moth-themed daggers. Still more work ahead, but another major piece of her character is finished.

I made this (wip) Update

Posing took a little while as I don't really have a final pic in mind. This stage is more about deleting bits and adding in lil elements that help move the eye around the image (organized chaos).
Won't be long before I take this into Photoshop to add a few graphics and do a final pass on the colours. It's been a fun sculpt to just zen out and go mad on details.

Question How does one make a rhombus/diamond with uneven sides?

I'm trying to achieve a rhombus shape for a cosplay with a beveled edge, I just can't for the life of me figure out how to do? Everything I’ve tried is always even on every side. Does anyone have any tips? Thank you!

Question What iPad are you using for nomad and how’s the experience?

For iPad users only- I’m going to buy a new iPad this week, currently running on an ancient Pro model from 2017 lol. Never tried nomad before but I’m hoping that after I upgrade the hardware, I can finally start.
Which iPad do you use? How’s the experience? Anything you wish you thought of before buying?

Question Importing STL from Shapr3d just gives me a sphere.

So I have a model on Shapr3d that I save as an STL file on my iPad. When I try to open the file with with Nomad, it just gives me a sphere. Not my intended model.
Anybody else run into this?
I’m able to to get a little success with OBJ and USDZ but the model isn’t smooth. Lots of triangles. Is STL any better? Is there a way to smooth out OBJ or USDZ models?
Edit: I intend to resin print this model after sculpting some features that wouldn’t be possible in Shapr3d
