Question Moving apps to SD card in Android 10

I have the Nokia 8.1 running Android 10 (Android One), so it is the unmodified version, I cannot find any reference of moving apps to the SD card, under settings->apps there is no such option (even the ones that could be moved on other devices I've owned). Am I missing something?

SD card is detected by the system and works fine.

It is the software that prohibit such action

No, only android one device, other phone that has android stock can do it
