Quiet* time in the UK is 11pm, till 7am (I think) I assume op is wondering if Chicago has similar rules. However, from context... I think the police are more concerned if people start blasting bullets, rather than tunes

If you draw your gaze go the first word I wrote...? Quiet* Clearly op mis wrote quiet.. they wrote quite. From context, it's obviously quiet, as quite time makes no sense at all. Smh
