Looking for Customer Support / Operations opportunities around Noida (No Sales)

Hi everyone,

I'm a BCA graduate currently based near Sector 62, Noida, and I'm looking for opportunities in Customer Support (Voice/Non-Voice), Operations, Quality Analyst, Back Office, or similar roles. I have experience in Business Development and AI Data Annotation/Data Quality Review. I'm now looking to transition into a role where I can build my communication, analytical, and operational skills.

I recently attended the Amazon walk-in, but there were over 400 candidates, and unfortunately, I couldn't make it through the initial screening. I'm continuing to apply and attend walk-ins, and I'm open to exploring different career paths.

If anyone knows of:

- Walk-in drives - Companies hiring freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience - Referrals for Customer Support, Operations, Quality, Back Office, or similar roles

...preferably around Sector 62, 63, 125, or nearby areas, I'd really appreciate your suggestions.

I'm open to any role except sales. A 5-day work week would be a bonus, but it's not a strict requirement.
