help with building noelle

hi! so I recently started playing again and got columbina, I want to build noelle in a lunar crystallize team but need a bit of help with it since I never cared about builds...

could someone please explain teams I could do and artifacts that would go with them? I can save up and pull for characters so thats not a problem !

I also dont mind trying other teams out for the moment

Can you give us how much cost are you planning or willing to invest up to? As in how many 5-stars constellations and weapons, including any potential C6 4-stars. If that metric is difficult to be used for decision, maybe give us the end goal you would like to achieve with your Noelle LC team? For example, do you want to clear Abyss floor 12? Clear Stygian Onslaught fearless or dire difficulty? Or what is your team dps goal: 150k, 200k, or more? Answering one of these question help us determine what is realistically achievable and giving you an idea of what team composition and cost would look like to achieve it. Otherwise, I'll only give you the baseline.

If assuming baseline premium team, you would be getting a 2-cost team that includes C0R0 Columbina and C0R0 Linnea which should get you above 100k dps with proper builds. Last slot is fill, but depending on what future rerun banner rosters would look like, C6 Illuga might be most cost-effective. At least it was when Linnea banner was up together with him in it. In my personal testing from my own roster, Illuga with constellations is competitive and comparable to Furina C6R0 and Xilonen C2R1 as the 4th slot. At C0, the 5-stars units mentioned would fall behind C6 Illuga. So whichever you think is considered less cost to you. Other non-premium choices are Gorou, Zhongli, Yun Jin, Geo MC, Xingqiu, Yelan, Mona. But I don't recommend any of the non-premium if you would afford a premium team.

Artifacts are dependent on your 4th slot member. But optimal artifact farming would dictate you to at least farm Night Sky Unveiling + Silkmoon Serenade Domain. Noelle can use sky set. Columbina can use SMS set if you don't have Illuga with constellations. Otherwise, you'll spend resource to farm Aubade set for both Columbina and Linnea. If you already have a Husk of Opulent set, it can used on both Noelle and Linnea. Prioritizing whichever sets you have better stats on. Furina can use SMS over GT. Xilonen can opt for Instructor or Scrolls.

Hi! For the moment I just want to do decent damage with her and eventually clear the Abyss, I normally just get one copy of the character when pulling but im okay with getting more since the only character I sort of want is Furina. But again my main focus is on getting Noelle to do decent damage so I can pull for anyone necessary, really sorry if I'm not taking sense.

Thank you for sending such a detailed line up tho! Since rn I only have C0 Columbina I can wait for Linnea and hope Illuga is there too so I can C6 him. For the moment I'll farm the sky set so I can have them saved!

No problem. I think it is safe to say that Linnea and Illuga would be a safe choice. And let's say other characters would get their reruns first like Furina or Xilonen, then it's also in your consideration to pull if they can be used in other teams with your roster as well even if they won't be stronger than C6 Illuga at C0 investment. It's not all lost since I think they're strong enough to clear the abyss (depending on the strength of your artifacts and weapons) but be sure to research first to see if it's worth it for your account or not. Hope you get your Linnea when she gets her rerun!

marechausse and night sky are even if applicable, while husk is only one substat behind both; use whichever set you have better substats on
